A Preserved Ferdinand Marcos

Word of the day:  sui generis\soo-eye-JEN-uh-ris\ adjective:  constituting a class alone : unique, peculiar.

One thing is for sure. The Marcos' were definately "sui generis" when it comes to oppulent dictators and greedy pompous, pious individuals.  I found this photo of Dictator, Ferdinand Marcos in the Washington Post the other day and wondered why there wasn't an accompanying photo of Imelda and/or her shoes.
