The Washington Post is reporting that last week, Rep. Patrick Kennedy, (D. R.I.) was involved in a traffic accident near the U.S. Capitol and was given preferential treatment. He was so helpful to NAMI and its goal to gain insurance parity for the mentally ill. His colleague from WI was killed in a plane crash just months prior to voting on the parity bill.
He's such a nice man. I wish Patrick all the best.
